Our bed and breakfast prices are per person per night,
with the option of evening meals.
Deposits
- £40 per room
- Balance required on arrival
- Please note we do not take credit/debit cards
Children Accompanied by Adults
- Children under 13 yrs half price
- Babies Free
- No charge for supply of a cot.
- Under 18's must be accompanied
by at least one over 18 at all times.
Cancellations
- Deposits are non refundable if you cancel or do not arrive
- Deposits MUST be received within 7 days of booking.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of day of arrival all monies
become due on a room only basis. - If we are able to re-let the room for any of the booked period,
you will not be charged for that period.
Other Booking Information
- We recommend that all guests take out holiday insurance
- Arrivals welcome after noon
- Departures by 10.00am please.
- If any cheques are returned by the bank the charge
which we incur will be passed on to the guest (£6). - Evening Meals Not Available on Sundays
